Can be tricky.
works great, but you have to practice with it more than most of the other tourniquets. It's got a small footprint so it's great for limited space applications. However, even not under stress, I have failed to get a full application in self-practicing several times. Once you start to get the hang of it or are applying to someone else it does the trick. But, even with the longer than the normal learning curve, it's great for a small bag. The stretchy rubber can also come in handy for other applications if it's an extra TQ. A sharp knife cuts it easily and can be in general a useful item if you already have a different TQ.
