PLEASE NOTE!!! Due to the increasing frequency of credit card fraud, ALL orders MUST have the same billing and shipping address. Orders without the same billing/shipping address WILL NOT be processed until customer service speaks to you, in-person, to confirm that there is no fraudulent activity occurring on your account. What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted, as long as they products have not been opened and are done within 14 days (we feel this is enough time to determine if the items in your order are operational and to decide if you wish to keep them). 

You must obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your item back, or your return will not be accepted.

 There is a 25% restocking fee on non-defective items to offset lost shipping, credit card and labor costs. 

Customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us. are accepted, as long as the products have not been opened from our vacuum-sealed packaging and/or manufacturer's original packaging, used or modified the item must be brand new and unused.  This done within 14 days of receipt of the product (we feel this is enough time to determine if the items in your order are operational and to decide if you wish to keep them). Returns must be received within 30 days of when the return authorization number was issued to you. After 30 days the RA number will become void. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued in the same form payment was received. We do not reimburse shipping costs. If the mistake is ours, we can provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Please contact us for details. We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us. If your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do.

Exchanges are welcome as long as they are done within 14 days and the product is in new, unopened condition.

Our "Kit For Life" Guarantee*
 
If you use one of our kits to save a life, let us know! Send us some sort of official documentation to the fact and we will gladly replace whatever components you have used. Send the unused components back to us so that we can inspect them and repack them, along with the replacement components which were used and we'll pack it and seal it up. We’ll even cover the shipping back to you. **Customer proof of purchase required.**
 
What we don't cover:
Dark Angel Medical, LLC, does not cover, nor are we responsible for, replacement of any of the components of the kit if they are damaged/worn from normal "wear and tear", misuse/abuse or modification. Dark Angel Medical, LLC does not replace any item which has an expiration date nor which has gone past any published service life. Replacement of any of those items is borne by the consumer and is not covered nor guaranteed to be replaced by Dark Angel Medical, LLC or any of their representatives. The "Kit For Life" guarantee* is expressly guaranteed to replace any component of a kit which has been used to save a life.****

 CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY:

A student may cancel up to 28 days in advance and will receive a 2/3 refund (1/3 Cancellation charge). If a student cancels after 28 days but before 14 days, they will receive a 1/3 refund (2/3 Cancellation charge). If they cancel 14 days or less before class date, there will be NO refund/100% cancellation charge.

If the class has to be cancelled due to lack of participants, it will be cancelled at 28 days from the class date and all students who have not cancelled voluntarily will receive a full refund. Their will be no refunds for "no shows", students who voluntarily leave the training at any time or those who have completed the training session.

**Any "no-call/no-show" students (Ie. a student who does not call/email and/or does not show up for the class in which they registered) will not receive credit for a future class**

***The MIL version of our kits has an advanced practice medical device, the ARS Decompression Needle. This device can only be utilized by appropriately licensed individuals. By purchasing the MIL "level" kit, the purchaser attests, acknowledges and affirms that they are medically licensed individuals authorized to purchase this kit.
