Love these things
I’ve bought 3 of these kits to take on missions trips to somewhat austere locations. They’re the perfect size to fit in a backpack and offer what you may need to treat boo-boo’s up to significant trauma. And there is enough room in the pouch to add additional items to customize your load-out. Will continue to purchase!

New Bag Kit
I purchased this kit to add to my bag that I carry at work or in my car. While I didn't like the look of it on the molle it fits inside nicely and rides on top. The large loop makes it easy to grab out. The dual sides makes it simple to explain to others who might need to grab it and go. "Trauma side, boo boo side."

I have no suggestions on how this kit could be improved. Not saying that it can't, but for what I want it for it checks all the boxes. Awesome products. Highly recommend everything.

Packed full of goodness. I'm thinking of buying the hardsided first aid kit and possibly the kit for cars. Even though we haven't used it(thank goodness), nice to know we have it. I would highly recommend. The first aid kits in the stores won't be enough to save someone from a gunshot wound.

Good stuff
This is my second product from DARK Angel. It’s a good kit. More first aid oriented but still has trauma supplies. I have the head rest trauma kit as well so I may add more basic first aid supplies to this kit. Highly recommend.

Very nice kit, well organized. Conveniently sized. I see many carry options for myself. Bike, Car, backpack. All the items anyone should need. I hope I never need it. But if I do I will be glad I have it!
