We pack birthdays into boxes.
Every kit that leaves our shop is packed knowing it might be the reason somebody gets one more birthday. When a kit does its job, replacing the used components free is the least we can do.
That is not a marketing line. It is how we run the company.

What does the Kit for Life Guarantee cover?
Components directly used to treat an injury that resulted in a life being saved. Those are replaced free of charge, and we cover the shipping on the replacement.
What is not covered?
What is not covered?
Components lost, damaged through normal wear, or damaged through misuse or modification are not covered, and neither are parts of the kit lost to the incident or taken into evidence. When your replacement ships, we will help you rebuild anything else the kit is missing at a discount.

Documentation must be official and related to saving the person's life, and proof of purchase is required. Not sure whether what you have qualifies? Email info@darkangelmedical.com and ask.

Yes. Proof of purchase is required for every Kit for Life claim.
