By purchasing these products, the purchaser warrants and attests that they have the necessary training, certifications and/or authorizations to properly deploy and use these products.

The purchaser also assumes any and all liability for events arising from their use of the products and will not hold any person or business associated with Dark Angel Medical, LLC nor the company of Dark Angel Medical, LLC, civilly or criminally liable.

Sales and Coupons

Occasionally we offer sales on specific products.These are reduced-price items that are separate from coupon discounts. When purchasing a sale item, please note that they cannot be combined with other offers or coupon codes.

Class Payment and Cancellation Policies

100% of the tuition will be collected up-front. This allows Dark Angel Medical, LLC to make all necessary logistical arrangements for the course. We are CCR registered. See DUNS and CAGE info at bottom of page.

NOTE: We do not offer individual or group discounts on our training.

A student may cancel up to 28 days in advance and will receive a 2/3 refund (1/3 Cancellation charge). If a student cancels after 28 days but before 14 days, they will receive a 1/3 refund (2/3 Cancellation charge). If they cancel 14 days or less before class date, there will be NO refund/100% cancellation charge.

If the class has to be cancelled due to lack of participants, it will be cancelled at 28 days from the class date and all students who have not cancelled voluntarily will receive a full refund.

Class Cancellation by Dark Angel Medical, LLC

Dark Angel Medical, LLC reserves the right to cancel the program with reasonable notice give or due to any emergency on our part with no notice given. All students who have not cancelled voluntarily will receive a full refund or the student can choose to apply the fees towards another class. We will then work with the host to reschedule another class.
If the class has to be cancelled due to lack of participants, it will be cancelled at 28 days from the class date and all students who have not cancelled voluntarily will receive a full refund.

By registering for a class, the participant agrees that in the event of a cancellation or otherwise, Dark Angel Medical, LLC, will not be held legally nor financially responsible for any fees, non-refundable or other, related to airfares, other airfare penalties or other travel costs such as lodging, food or rental cars nor will they be responsible for lost wages due to time off from work.

Waivers will be signed and witnessed prior to each course start.

Shipping Terms

When at all possible we will ship US Postal Service Flat Rate Priority Mail. If we receive your order after 1500 MST M-F, your order, if in stock, should go out within 72 hours. We are open 0900-1700 MST M-F and closed on weekends and holidays.

We will not ship orders to any US-based address if the billing information is outside of the US. These orders will be cancelled.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted, as long as they products have not been opened and are done within 14 days (we feel this is enough time to determine if the items in your order are operational and to decide if you wish to keep them). 

You must obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your item back, or your return will not be accepted.

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Again, the item must be brand new and unused. There is a 5% restocking fee on non-defective items to offset lost shipping, credit card and labor costs. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund. Your refund will be issued in the same form payment was received. We do not reimburse shipping costs. If the mistake is ours, we can provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label. Please contact us for details. We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us. If your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do.

Returns must be received within 30 days of when the return authorization number was issued to you. After 30 days the RA number will become void.

Can I exchange an item if I don't like it or if it is defective?

Exchanges are welcome as long as they are done within 14 days and the product is in new, unopened condition. 

You must obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping your item back, or your exchange will not be accepted.

To obtain a Return Authorization number, please contact us. There are no restocking fees for exchanges with items of equal or greater value, although shipping charges do apply. If the item is defective, we will provide you with a mailing label. Once the defective or item to be exchanged is received by our shipping department, we will ship your order.

We strongly recommend you insure any package being returned to us- if your return is lost or damaged there is nothing we can do.

What we don't cover:
We do not cover, nor or we responsible for, replacement of any of the components of the kit if they are damaged/worn from normal "wear and tear", misuse/abuse or modification.****
