On May 25, 2018, a man attempted suicide by shooting himself in the chest with a .357 magnum. The round went into this upper right chest and hit his subclavian artery then continued on and blew out the back of his upper deltoid. When the rescuer arrived on the scene, he immediatley cut opn his shirt and noticed the entrance wound was huge. Over an inch in diameter and the bleeding was "enormous". He wiped the wound and applied a halo seal. The bleeding was so bad that the rescuer had to use both halos on the entrance wound and had to keep pressure on it to prevent the bleeding from breaking the seal. 

They ended up life flighting him out and he's alive in the ICU.
