Better NPA device than whats in your kit
These NPAs are much easier to use than the flimsy ones that come in every other kit out there. In practice, you will find these NPA tubes will work much quicker and you don't have to waste time getting them in the airway, time that could be spent controlling more bleeding or more quickly starting the breathing. I really like how the Darj Angel crew puts these in their kits (the ones that have NPAs) right from the start. the Dark Angel crew really sets you up for success!

Added to my D.A.R.K. lite kit
I added this to my DARK Lite kit along with a pair of small shears. I just wish it had come with some lubricant.
