I bought some junk ones in the past because I didn't know any better. I later took the Dark Angel class, it was totally worth it. I thought I could use my junk tourniquet's for practice trainers, they weren't even good enough for some practice runs. I got extra CAT's Gen 7 for my kit, no worries now. Huge difference in quality, get these.

I liked the CAT-7 so much I had ordered 4 more. I have the blue training one that I use to train others and I had ordered what I needed from DARK Angel Medical so that to leave one in 3 vehicles.

State of the art must have item for IFAK.. Buy two... one black/orange for actual emergency use, and a blue trainer so you aren't wearing out your primary. MAKE your team practice with it.... remember.... their medical skills may be used on you, so make sure they train...
