VISR is worh it
This is by far the most wffective means for mounting, storing, deploying an IFAK or similar compomemts I have used in 10 years. I bought it because we are issued North American kits at work, but have no way to mount or properly store it outside of mounting it to our plate carriers that we never use. I DO use my medical equipment regularly, so I needed a better system. I tried to mount it to the ceiling near the angled portion behind the sunglass holder in the new Taurus patrol cars, and it kinda worked, but needed extensive modifications/rigging to get it on there, and then it would get hit everytime I pulled my rifle or shotgun from the car. Enter the VISR. I bought one and inmediately stiffed it full of my equipment, amd mounted it. Doesn’t block my visibility, is secured well, and is easily retrieved if/when needed. I liked it so much, I have asked our department to look in to them as an option, and have bought another for my dad to use in his department truck. I plan on getting one for our family car as well. Never go cheap on guns, training, and medical equipment. I have used my medical stuff far more than most thought we would when I started pushing for them. Get trained and get the right equipment. This is one investment that is definitely worth it.
