D.A.R.K. Trauma Kit

Looking back, I probably should’ve bought just the pouch because the military will give me everything I need in it. It is also very large, and I typically keep my IFAK on my back because it’s for me, but for someone else to be using. Because it is so large, it is kind of uncomfortable if that’s where it is worn. I will probably end up putting this one in my truck and purchasing a DARK Slim pouch for my kit. Overall, 5 star quality IFAK. Doesn’t perfectly suit my needs as far as wearing on my kit, but I will be keeping it.

You really get your moneys worth with this product. The contents are well thought out and of the best quality. The included pouch is top shelf and super durable. While a bit expensive I found my purchase to be an investment I don't regret one bit.

It's hard to review a product I I've never used, but the D.A.R.K IFAK is a quality product I hope I never have to use. Larger trauma kits have so many items to treat so many different things one can get confused about which item to use. This IFAK is designed to keep someone alive long enough to get professional help, which is all anyone without a medical background needs. Stop the bleed and keep the breathe. No aspirin or boo-boo pads in this kit. It's strictly business. I have one in each car, with a few boo-boo pads and burn cream in a separate box for those minor incidents.

Hope to never use it, but always wanted a kit I could rely on for dangerous injuries. God has protected my family while living out in the countryside in Louisiana but I plan on having this in case just in case those machete swings miss, or that barb wire decides to jump out at you. Kit looks solid, I'll tell in time if double stitching is needed or if these heavy duty threads will hold. Canvas seems like the real deal, and everything is organized and pressure sealed. Recommended by my brother who does all the research, it feels like a well built design and I hope after it's lasted decades I can put it on the shelf never having used it, but grateful it's within reach.

I needed a quality, fully stocked trauma kit to keep with my range gear. I heard from several street medics and other medical pros that the Dark Angel kits were the best. This fits my needs perfectly, is a great size, and the molle on the side let me attach a second CAT.

Needed an IFAK for my instructor belt and my buddy who owns Fenix Ammo recommended Dark Angel Medical. I did my own research and features of this pouch make it one of the best. From the extra long pull tab to open the top flap to the pull cord that is wrapped up in the vacuum sealed contents itself; this pouch is set up for quick deployment. Very pleased with the turn around time and the quality of the pouch and contents.

This kit lives up to the reputation that Dark Angel Medical has developed. Great customer service with short shipping times. Everything is vacuum sealed with a detailed inventory list so you know what you have without breaking into the package. I would highly recommend getting this if your active in shooting sports.
