Excellent Quality, and Craftsmanship!!! I did think it’d be a little smaller, to where I could run it on the back of my belt but it wasn’t, so it’s on my duty bag. Just gives me a reason to order another one from them!!!

This kit gives you what you need to stop a bleed an nothing you don't. Great bargain!

This kit has everything that I need in an easy to access quick deployment pouch. I have created my own version in the past for my team but this works better. Everything you need nothing that you don't.

What can I say, some of the finest customer service I've had. Great shipping times. The kit is top notch, all items are sealed in a heavy vacuum pouch with tear notches all around. The pouch is US made and of superb quality, a truly solid build. This is one kit I hope to never need, but will be confident in it being ready when it's needed

Great blowout kit. Hope I never need it, but it’s nice knowing it’s there. I’ve carried a rats tq in my back pocket for years, but needed something more substantial to keep in the car or a go bag. Witnessed the aftermath of an arterial bleed from a GSW a couple weeks ago and knew I’d need more than a rats tq to stop the bleed judging by the pool of blood on the ground. Shipping was incredibly fast and I’m proud to carry this kit. Quality products that are simple and effective to use. Really couldn’t ask for more.

The DARK Trauma Kit is a very well put together kit. I purchased the Civilian Plus edition with the PI. My only complaint is the PI can be difficult to pack back into the kit once it’s pulled out. It takes a little getting used to how to pack it so it doesn’t stick out of the top. Even though it takes a little extra to put in it is very easy to pull out which is the important part. It’s also nice to have the components in the PI as individual components can easily be used and replaced without having to open a sealed package. Considering picking up the VISR next to have in the car.

I got both the original and the pocket insert version (Thank you, HSA account!) I like how the pocket insert offers quicker access to individual components, but it was hard for me to replace the insert and the tourniquet - It is JUST barely able to fit. The vacuum packed original kit is slightly more compact, so the TQ pouch isn't compressed as much and it's an easier fit to repack everything. Not a big deal since I don't plan on being in and out of my trauma kit (it's a TRAUMA kit, not a bandaid box!) but if I was going to do a lot of drills for practice applying a TQ quickly or one handed, I would prefer the original kit. I really like how the pouch is laid out, with quick access pull tabs and a little "elevator" strap to pull that raises the vacuum sealed pouch for easy access. Clearly it was very well thought out - Everything is accessible easily but we'll secured so it won't come out accidentally.

Awesome product, I did take some of the supplies out to make it a little less fat on the small of my back in the cruiser but used that supplies for the cruiser CLS bag. Though dark angel is more expensive than others I did find the quality to be top notch. The horizontal Velcro is awesome and affixes to my duty belt for a tight hold. It’s small enough to just hold the essentials and not be cumbersome like the leg rig IFAKs and the quick pull tab makes opening and getting the med supplies out easy and efficient even from the small of my back. I was looking for a solid LEO kit and Dark Angel delivered. Recommended to all my team members.

The gear is top notch, and I love the rip shear option. Even though Dark Angel is definitely more expensive than a lot of the competitors, I don’t mind coughing up a little extra dough for a quality IFAK with a great guarantee. I just wish they had the fold out insert option in stock, but that’s not a huge deal. Overall great product.
