Vehicular Individual Safety Rig (VISR) – Low-Profile Vehicle Trauma Kit
The VISR is a comprehensive, low-profile trauma kit designed for quick access in critical situations. With its red grab handle, this kit can be deployed instantly. The visor panel securely attaches to your vehicle’s visor using adjustable hook-and-loop straps, while the kit attaches to the panel with hook-and-loop for a stable fit.

VISR Kit
This a great med kit if you want one that is easy to deploy from a vehicle. I currently have mine mounted in my patrol vehicle (charger). It does not obstruct my view at all and still allows my front passenger seat to be occupied. The kit deploys without any issues as long as you install it correctly. I was concerned about the Velcro being too hard to separate from the visor pad, but I have not had any issues with this, nor does it damage the vehicle visor when detaching the kit. I 100% recommend this kit to anyone, especially those in LE that want a med kit readily available in their unit.

This is a quality product, which I expected from Dark Angel Medical. After attending their training, I have now outfitted my daily workbag, my vehicle, and my range bag. I will also be purchasing the HEDR trauma kit as well and their ankle holster. Depending on your vehicle it might block your view a little (again, depending on your vehicle). I drive a pickup truck so that doesn't affect me. The velcro really holds on, so be careful when ripping it/deploying it forcefully as it might take/bend your car's panel. Honestly, in case of emergency, that is the last of your worries. Did I mention that in case of emergency, it is right there! I like that the velcro is sturdy and tough, it won't fall off after every speed bump. Dark Angel trauma kits are by far the best in the market, in my opinion. Get a kit, get training and be a prepared citizen.

This is an excellent product and a very solid value for the price. It fits fairly neatly over the car visor and is readily accessible to deploy in an emergency situation. The kit is compact and well packed to reduce its overall footprint, yet is still complete with basic first aid needs, plus a tourniquet. I recommend the VISR kit as it meets the quality and performance standards that I've come to expect from Dark Angel Medical.

An extremely high quality kit. DARK Angel really knows how to put together a nice lightweight kit with overstocking (over pricing) the gear. If you're looking for something to put in your vehicle, this is a good choice. Don't hesitate.

VISR Kit
Love this thing so far. Low profile and attached to my trucks sun visor no problem. My passenger ends up losing the use of the mirror, but it's not my loss. I purchased an additional cat7 tourniquet to round out the kit. Vacuum seal on the internal contents arrived intact. Pouch itself is made very well and I am very pleased.

Handy and unobtrusive
I was surprised how low-profile it was when I got it. I'm a tall guy and I was concerned it would be in my way, but it is thin enough that it doesn't obstruct my view at all. It's well thought out with grab handles and pull tabs on convenient places to quickly access the contents, and having 2 tourniquets external for very fast one-handed access is a great feature. Additionally the trauma shears are held externally, so if I need to cut myself out of a seatbelt I can easily get to them even if I am pinned in place or only have one hand free.
