Ankle Kit Pouch
The Ankle Kit elastic nylon pouch (available in black only) is made in the USA and features an open top construction with easy to grip red pull tabs similar to open top magazine pouches to gain easy access to the medical components. The pouch features a hook and loop closure which will accommodate a large size of ankles. The pouch has a compartment for a tourniquet (CAT or SOFTT-W-compatible), 2 separate compartments acceptable for other items such as hemostatic gauze, compact pressure bandages, gloves, chest seals, et. An additional small pocket will hold either a marker or a chest decompression needle.

Best Angle kit pouch on the market hands down!
I've worn one pouch since 2018 and when I attempted to replace it with a competitor's product I quickly regretted it. Ordered a new one from Dark Angel. Love the sleek fit that keeps my med kit tight to the angle and does not create bulk. The slots hold items securely as well. Great product!

Great way to carry your medical kit everyday
I've been wearing one of these everyday for the last several years. It carries compressed gauze, quikclot, flashlight, RMT tourniquet and a strap cutter. Super comfortable and long lasting. This is my second one and I only bought as a spare. The first one is still going strong after daily use for several years. Great quality and well thought out.

Great product. Been wearing it everyday and most of the time I forget it's even there. Got it mainly to wear while on my motorcycle as a good way to carry a med kit but I'm now working it in to my EDC.

By far the best medical kit pouch on the ankle. I work 10 hour shifts and its comfortable never know it's there. I over stuff mine just a bit and it's always secure no movement when in a altercation or pursuit. Best purchase I have made.

Very well made and comfortable. I almost forget it is there during the day. Great way to always have additional life saving gear conveniently stored away. Makes my EDC load out amazing and easy to manage. The velcro is very secure. Great product.

AFAK pouch
Got my ankle kit pouch last week and I wish I could give it 6 STARS! This thing is amazing. After loading my pouch I thought it would be uncomfortable and feel heavy on my ankle but that is just not at all the case. The only problem I seem to have so far is I forget I'm wearing it. Even on long days when its been on for 16 hours it doesn't fail or disappoint. Kudos to Dark Angel for this one.

Great set up. Well Hidden
I just got this in. After loading all of my equipment into it and putting it on, you can’t tell that it’s there under my jeans. It’s also very comfortable and doesn’t slide down like other ankle set ups.

lowest of low profile!
I’ve tried a couple different ankle rigs, but this is the simplest and has the lowest signature. Once it breaks in it’ll out of this world. Makes the medical EDC a snap. Even fits around my water bottle while I’m at the gym.
