D.A.R.K. (DIRECT ACTION RESPONSE KIT) Slim Trauma Kit and Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK)
The D.A.R.K. Slim, which is similar to our signature kit, (The DARK) has everything you need, and nothing you don't when it comes to a lifesaving trauma kit. The DARK Slim is packed tightly with more trauma supplies than you can typically find in other trauma kits this size. This tactical style trauma kit, or Individual First Aid Kit (IFAK), was designed with "simplicity under stress" in mind, for when you need it most. The DARK Slim is trusted by both, the Military in the world's worst environments and Law Enforcement Agencies around the country. The D.A.R.K. Slim is perfect for the Military and Law Enforcement as a tactical trauma kit, and for First Responders and Civilian use.

Details:
The kit features a side mounted TQ pouch on the right side that will accommodate either the CAT (standard offering) or SOFTT-W (substitution), trauma shear retention strap and PALS channel on the left side, a 2”x3” loop patch on the front of the pouch for medical identifiers, personal identifiers, etc. and a new attachment system that eliminates snaps. The webbing is woven through the channels on web gear and “tucked” back under and tension holds the kit in place. **BLACK POUCHES HAVE DETACHABLE BELT LOOPS*** The pouch is 500D nylon made in the USA. The kit comes in multiple color choices.

Civilian kit will contain all of the contents above
LE/FR level-Same as Civilian Standard level but has QuikClot Combat Gauze LE hemostatic gauze 12'
ChitoGauze XR Pro level - Same as the LE version but has ChitoGauze XR Pro hemostatic gauze 12'
Civilian LE/FR and ChitoGauze XR Pro can be "upgraded" to add ARS Decompression Needle.
MIL-SPEC Version - Same as the LE version but has QuikClot Combat Gauze MIL as well as TCCC Casualty Documentation Tool and a ARS Decompression Needle.
All kits can be "upgraded" to add RipShears from standard trauma shears.
All kits can have SOFTT-W substituted for CAT.
***The MIL version has an advanced practice medical device, the ARS Decompression Needle. This device can only be utilized by appropriately licensed individuals. By purchasing the MIL "level" kit, the purchaser attests, acknowledges and affirms that they are medically licensed individuals authorized to purchase this kit.
DARK P.I. (Pouch Insert)
If you don't want your components vacuum sealed in the 5 mil poly bag, the check the option box to substitute the pouch insert. The D.A.R.K. P.I. (Pouch Insert) keeps your emergency components close at hand for easy access. The durable nylon insert has elastic bands sewn to the inside to secure the components with easy-to-reach red pull handles for quick deployment from your D.A.R.K. or D.A.R.K. Slim Pouch.
Once deployed, just unfold it and all of your products are ready to be put to work.

Great piece of kit
I have purchased a number of Dark Angel products since taking one of their classes and been impressed with all them. I picked up the Slim for my battle belt, which I use when working rifle drills on the range or when I'm camping. It keeps everything I need close at hand without being obstructive. It held up great during a rifle course I took over the Fourth and I'm very happy to have another piece of Dark Angel gear with me if I ever find myself in a situation that requires it.

About size of AR mag but thicker.
This slim kit lives up to its name. I was on the fence by price but once I received the milspec kit, I was highly impressed and I am now thinking about going to their medical course out of state. I feel more prepared with this kit and I'll be ordering more refills. My backstory is that I survived two violent gun crimes (bad school/ city areas). If I had known about these years ago during those horrific times, I could’ve saved lives rather than watch people bleed out rapidly while EMS took minutes. As a survivor I am very pro gun. These are ideal for go bags for civilians. The price isn't high for what you get, but the results are there. Think of this thing as a life jacket. Chances are you’ll never need it but if you do really need it, poor training or a bad kit is no good and people die. Thanks for such a high quality kit. I believe every range bag, car, home, etc needs one of these. I wish public schools had more of these kits in their clinics for saving people during tragedies.

Really cool setup. Came in less than s week of ordering. Alot smaller than I thought, which is good because my plate carrier is already packed. Best thing was I used my Health Savings Accounts to pay for it.

A Must-Have for patrol
As a patrol shift, we made the decision to get the Slim kits as opposed to using our department issued IFAKs. They’re less bulky to the point where you can put it conveniently on a duty belt and it’s super easy to deploy. As a shift, we’ve also used our kits 4 times in the 3 years we decided on the change. Highly recommend this to anyone that is on the fence of which kit to buy. For reference, I work in a large busy city and specifically work in the entertainment district aka bar district.

Awesome gear
Been stocking up on medical and building my own kits for years. These kits are ready made and good to go. I dont rob anything from them and they are always good to go. Best yet is my HSA insurance pays for these kits to be prepared. These truly are the perfect ready made kits in a durable, and portable system. I keep one on me always.

Awesome Kit
Kit is amazing it’s everything you could need the only thing I don’t like is the placement of the scissors as size of scissor handle. When they are in the side pocket the handle sticks out past the front of the kit which makes packing it in a backpack a little difficult because you don’t want to damage the backpack or the kit. If they could find a way to put the scissors on the back side of the kit it would be much better.
